Bookings & Rates

After 2020 the situation for the Scooterist Meltdown had changed completely. The event was on the brink of closure in 2022. But fortunately, new owners took over, so we are able to carry on.

However, the change of ownership also brought a change of conditions with it. For we now have kept some of the all-in hotel package deals the same and increased some only moderately. Times are tougher, so we hope we can keep these prices for a while.

All in deals incl. accommodation

Our budget all-in offers not only include the accommodation but also ALL drinks, all meals and all on site facilities. Depending on the package booked, the All-In Deals include the following:
 

  • Hotel accommodation

  • All meals in the restaurant

  • Fri & Sat: All drinks, even long drinks and cocktails included

  • Thu & Sun: Beer, wine, sparkling wine included

  • Admission to the Nighters (four floors)

  • Custom & Trade Show

  • Horse Power Shoot Out

  • Admission to bar mile

  • Three live bands

  • Use of all facilities, e.g. bowling, billiards, cinema, etc.

  • Wunderland charges booking fee of 1 € per person per night

Day & Night Tickets Saturday

We also offer a "Day & Night Ticket" for the custom show and nighter on Saturday, or just the "Friday or Saturday Nighter Tickets". 

 

Day and evening tickets for Saturday are sold online from December 2023. We will publish the link in December.

There are two options:

Day Ticket (Saturday, 12 pm until 6 pm), 35 € p.P.. incl.:

  • All drinks & hot & cold food at the Custom & Trade Show

  • Entertainment/Programme /Live band at the Customshow

 

Combined Day & Night ticket, from 12 pm until 3 am, 79 € p.P.: 

incl.:

  • All drinks & & hot & cold food at the Custom & Trade Show

  • Entertainment/Programme /Live band at the Custom & Trade Show

  • Niterticket All-Inclusive: incl. drinks & food, Entertainment, 4 Dancefloors + Liveband

Nighter Tickets Fri & Sat

Nighter/evening tickets (Friday / Saturday, 8 p.m. - 3 a.m.):

Nighter tickets are available at the gate.

​​

  • Admission: 59 € + 100 € deposit = 159 € p.p. (cash only)

  • Dos, food and ALL drinks at the Nighter venue included

 

Deposit:

  • 100 € per person (cash only)

  • Collection:  When leaving until 3.30 at reception. Only in person by  producing the receipt.

  • Important: You can only collect your own deposit personally, so don't send a mate. Only with receipt. Only until 3.30 am, no refund after 3.30 am..
