  • Are dogs allowed?
    Animals are not allowed on the premises.
  • When is admission for day visitors?

  • How much does the day ticket cost?
    35 € p.p. (incl. food & drinks at Customshow & Niter)
  • Where can I buy the day ticket?
    The day ticket will be available for purchase online starting from December 2023. The link will be posted on this website in December 2023.
  • Can I come for only a few hours and pay a reduced admission?
    No, it is a food & beverage All-in package admission, so this is not possible.
  • I bought an online ticket, do I still have to queue at the cash desk?
    No, please just go straight to the admission control, show your ticket there and you will then receive your wristband.
  • Can I pay by credit card at all retailers?
    No, so please bring enough cash with you.
  • Is there an ATM nearby?
    Yes, there is an ATM at the reception
  • Can I park near the entrance?
    Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces available outside.
  • Where can I park my scooter?
    Either covered and camera-monitored in front of the hotel reception. Alternatively, in the parking area just outside the site.
  • For what times is the ticket valid?
    On Saturday from 12.00 – 03.00 at night
  • How much does the Day & Night ticket cost?
    79 Euros per person (incl. food & drinks at Customshow & Niter)
  • Where can I get the Day & Night Ticket?
    The day ticket will be available for purchase online starting from December 2023. The link will be posted on this website in December 2023.
  • What services are included?
    Admission to Custom & Trade Show, snack buffet & all drinks, entertainment in the exhibition hall and admission to Niter, snack buffet & all drinks + entertainment in Niter
  • How do I get to the Niter after the custom show? What do I have to consider?
    Admission Niter at hotel reception at 7 pm (access via car park) Show your ticket and get your Nighter-admission-wristband Deposit 100 Euros p.p. in cash, to be paid at reception (ATM available) Keep the receipt for the deposit and present it upon collection. Retrieve the deposit when leaving. Note: only until 3:30 am, otherwise it will be retained, and only in person and upon presentation of the receipt.
  • What is the deposit charged for?
    The deposit has been collected by Wunderland since 2019 to prevent unauthorised/unpaid overnight stays by evening guests in the hotels.
  • Deposit – Payment and Collection – All you need to know
    100 € deposit per Person in cash – ATM at reception Will be paid back at the reception on departure till 03.30 am Keep receipt for collecting the deposit Make sure to collect it until 03.30 am at the latest, otherwise it will be retained. Collection only in person and on presentation of the receipt.
  • I have nothing to do with the scooter scene, can I still take part?
    No, this is a private event. Non-scooterists are not permitted.
  • Where can I buy the Niter ticket?
    At the hotel reception, Friday or Saturday from 8 p.m.
  • What is included?
    The niter ticket includes admission to the do as well as all drinks and all food and entertainment at the niter.
  • What time is admission?
    From 8 p.m.
  • How much is the Niter ticket?
    You’ll pay 59 € plus 100 € deposit = 159 € per person. The deposit will be refunded when leaving the do (for details please see ‘deposit’)
  • What is the deposit charged for?

  • Deposit - payment and reimbursement - what do I have to consider?
    Pay a deposit of 100 € per person in cash (ATM at reception). Keep the receipt for the deposit and present it upon collection. Collect the deposit when leaving Niters. Attention: Deposit must be collected by 03:30 am at the latest, otherwise it will be retained. Payout only in person and upon presentation of the receipt.
